Points Requests

To learn about basic administration of Points Requests, go to Loyalty Program -> Points Requests. Hereunder, you can read about the specificities of Points Requests of the PRO Partner Loyalty Program.

 

Both Accredited Installers and Administrators can submit Points Requests.

If needed, administrators can submit Points Request on behalf of their installers, and/or complete existing requests placed by the installers.

One common basket for all Accredited Installers of a PRO Partner account: points are gathered on a company basis.

No matter if a PRO Partner record is associated with one single Accredited Installer account or several (small companies vs bigger sized installer companies), points gathered go to the basket of the PRO Partner.

Available line up in the form are subject to accreditation type

Accredited installers are limited to submit points requests only for those product ranges for which they got the accreditation.

Even if a campaign contains GHP line up among other line up, if a specific installer is accredited for A2W only, then, GHP line up will not be displayed in his dropdown list.

Administrator can see/submit/modify points’ requests on behalf of his installers, like in the example below:

 

Gifts Requests

To learn about basic administration of Gifts Requests, go to Loyalty Program -> Gifts Requests. Hereunder, you can read about the specificities of Gifts Requests of the PRO Partner Loyalty Program.

Administrators only can submit Gifts Requests.

Administrators pointed out for the PRO Partner record can exchange Points against Gifts.

Access to the Gifts Requests module is restricted to the Administrators of the PRO Partner. Accredited Installers cannot access.

 

 

It is possible to give to an installer both an Accredited and an Administrato status , in this case, the accredited installer will also have the permits of Administrator, and will be able to submit Gifts requests.

Remember: If you do not assign any Admin to a PRO Partner, no one from this company will be able to requests gifts.

It is possible to earn Warranty type Gifts.

When placing a Gift request, the Administrator is asked to select one product reference from a dropdown list to link the warranty to a specific product purchased within the frame of the promotion. If the serial number was defined as one of the requisites to submit points’ requests, it will be displayed accordingly together with the gift.
